Brussels Sprouts Lardons
2 TBS olive oil
4 slices bacon chopped
1 1/2 LB brussels sprouts trimmed
kosher salt
pepper
1 can chicken broth
Heat olive oil in deep saute pan. Add bacon stirring until brown. Remove to a paper towel to drain fat.
Add brussels sprouts, salt and pepper to taste, saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook uncovered till sprouts are tender, about 15 minutes. Return bacon and stir and serve.
