Senseless Cooking
6 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 small anchovy fillets
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
teaspoon lemon juice
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor till smooth and thick.
2 romaine lettuce heads cleaned and chopped
fresh parmesan cheese finely grated
Croutons
Toss the romaine and cheese and croutons till mixed. Add enough Caesar Dressing till coated.
