Salmon Pie
1 pint salmon
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 to 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 11/2 inch deep). Place salmon, cheese, onions and chives in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs and salt till mixed well. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
