Bratwurst With Kale & Sauerkraut
1 Package Bratwurst
3 Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup beer
1/2 onion, chopped
1
garlic clove smashed and chopped
1 bunch Kale
1 1/2 cup sauerkraut
Add olive oil to a large pot
Add bratwurst to oil and beer then steam and brown on all sides at medium heat
Remove bratwurst and set aside
Add onions and cook a couple minutes. Add garlic.
Remove kale from stem and chop coarsely add to pot
Add sauerkraut, as much as you want to taste.
Add bratwurst back to pot and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
