Senseless Cooking
Chicken wings fresh or frozen thawed
Tabasco sauce about 4 tablespoons or as preferred.
1 cube butter
Lawrys Seasoning Salt a couple shakes
Garlic powder about a teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese Grated about 1/2 cup
Peanut Oil or regular vegetable oil enough to cover an inch in deep pan.
Cut chicken wings to separate and discard the end piece. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
Fry wing pieces about 10 minutes till crispy and slightly brown.
In large pan melt butter and mix the rest of the ingredients except the cheese.
After all the wings are fried and drained on paper towels place them in the butter mixture and toss till all the wings are covered.
Sprinkle the cheese on the wings till tossed and mixed well.
Can be served with ranch dressing.
